PA for UHNW Family Office - Knightsbridge. Up to £55k plus benefits plus bonus

A top role for an ambitious and degree standard PA who enjoys a busy and varied day.  Well spoken and presented with a background within a boutique environment similar to a Family Office and a muck in attitude is essential. The Principal is an entrepreneur and philanthropist with his own Foundation involved in Music, Overseas Aid and heritage architecture.  You must be au fait with modern systems and have a great overview of systems and procedures and love to organise!  You will be involved in everything from the beginning and have very interesting projects with both business and private support.  Working within a tight team of 3 you will assist the Operations Director to reorganise the office and put in new systems and get things up to date so a keen organiser is essential!  Dealing with exciting travel plans, jets, yachts and art to filing and day to day admin... so a roll up the sleeves muck in person in essential.  Fabulous office and not a 24/7 role by any means.  Hours 9 - 5.30 with occasional flex.  Progression and involvement is there for the right candidate who loves working in a small team, is highly organised and hands on.  Top English skills both written and spoken is essential as drafting correspondence to high profile individuals and dignitaries/titled individuals.
