Job Description
Location: Tashkent, Uzbekstan
Role: Private Chef with experience of Greek, Mediterranean, and Asian Cuisines. Predominantly cooking for the family of 4, but also guests and functions when required. This is a fully staffed household with nannies, teachers, housekeepers, drivers, butlers, PA’s, security etc so being able to work as part of a team is essential.
Days/Hours of work: Typically 5 days per week, more when Family are entertaining at weekends.
Salary Range: Negotiable – please advise based on average 5 day week, lunches and evening meals.
Accommodation: Provided – separate studio.
Start date: ASAP for 1 year+
Essential: 5+ years recent chef experience, at least 3 years private chef experience, with 1+ years in recent private chef roles, knowledge of organising kitchen, stock control, liaising with suppliers etc, positive attitude, excellent references, reasonable level of English, DBS/Police check. Food photos/portfolio to share.
Preferred: Formal chef qualifications, Driver.
