Our client is looking to hire a dedicated and skilled personal front of house manager for their residence in Dubai. Please see details below and if of interest, register online and forward all relevant documents.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Role: Experienced Front of House Manager.
Days/Hours of work: 6 days per week
Salary Range: Negotiable – c 10-15k AED pm.
Accommodation: None provided
Start date: ASAP for 1 year+
Essential: 2+ years experience of all aspects listed above, Must be based in Dubai/UAE currently and able to start work within a month, Excellent references from previous similar roles, Clear police check, Good level of English.
Preferred: Formal Butler or Hospitality qualifications, Consistent employment. Previous employment in private households in similar role.
FOH Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all areas of the household are running efficiently
• Guest service, liaise with guests, serve meals, tend the bar
• Flower and table decorations
• Maintenance and cleaning of interiors
• Silver service
• Responsible for all formal and informal dinnerware
• General inventories
• Pantry management
• Support Housekeeping when required
Front of House Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of all types of service and housekeeping, impeccably high standards
• Flawless presentation (uniform provided)
• Positive can-do attitude
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Efficient multitasking and organizational skills
• Well Spoken
• Be respectable and discreet
• Relevant experience in private households or hospitality
• Excellent physical health
