Full-time Personal Assistant required in London, UK, £30,000 – £40,000 gross per annum, Start ASAP
A returning client located in Hyde Park Corner, London is seeking an organised, efficient, professional, fast-thinking Personal Assistant.
The responsibilities of the personal assistant will be to assist the two parents with their daily lives. Duties will include; acting as the first point of contact, replying to emails, answering telephone calls, liaising with accountants and suppliers, running errands, collating and managing expenses and producing reports. In addition to this, you will be required to assist the clients with their English language abilities.
As a Personal Assistant, you should be smart, have excellent organisational and time management skills, good written and spoken communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail, a professional manner, excellent computer and administration skills, a flexible and adaptable approach to work, the ability to use your own initiative with tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information and having the ability to be one step ahead. Being firm yet approachable and with a logical personality is desirable.
The ideal candidate will be a PA with an extensive background in this field, with relevant qualifications in business/administration. Having knowledge of Mandarin would be beneficial to your application.
Salary is negotiable for the right candidate starting from £30,000 – £40,000 gross per annum.
The family travel often and you will be required to travel with them. Accommodation will be provided and expenses paid.
The working schedule will be Monday – Friday working from 9.30 am – 5.30 pm.
This position is only suitable for candidates already located in London.
