GBN 371- Live-out nanny rota or daily nannies, baby boy aged 2 months, Cambridge, England, £££

A professional family residing in central Cambridge is seeking two experienced and professional baby nannies for the care and education of their baby boy aged 4 months. The mother is currently on Maternity Leave, although works partial hours and will be working full time by September. The father is working long and frequent hours. Whilst both parents want to spend as much quality time with their baby as possibly allows, based on their very consuming jobs they need additional support for their baby boy to ensure his needs and overall well-being is always the priority. The ideal candidate will be a confident baby nanny who has experience with supporting first time mothers, including feeding issues along with being able to guide the parents through the different developmental milestones, ages, and stages all whilst ensuring his physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing are catered to fully. A candidate who is respectful of the family’s ideas on child rearing and someone who genuinely loves their role as a nanny and is there to support the family.

The family usually reside in Cambridge; however, they occasionally spend time in London and travel overseas, the nanny should be flexible around travelling and able to assist in packing for the baby.

The family has a separate, self-contained accommodation which is a two-minute walk to their home for the nanny to live in. The family are looking for two nannies to work together to provide consistent care throughout the week.  This could be two rota nannies working 24/7 one week and off the next or two live-on/live-out nannies sharing the role.   

A good salary is on offer for the role, this will depend on the experience and qualifications of the nanny and whether the role is a daily nanny or rota nanny. 

This role is to start by ASAP and the family is ready to start interviewing immediately.

Requirements:

3+ years childcare experience with babies and infants

Fluent English speaker

Seeking minimum of one year contract

Up to date Paediatric First Aid

Excellent previous references

Enhanced DBS check cleared
