A fast-paced recruitment company, based in Domestic Recruitment and training, we have our HQ in Mayfair, London, but our team work remotely across Berkshire. We work with high-net-worth individuals and families, providing them with domestic staff, and work both in the UK and internationally. We are also train staff in Silver Service, Housekeeping and other aspects of domestic duties.
The company is continuing to grow, and we are keen to find a strong IT literate candidate who is looking for an exciting opportunity to grow and flourish with a small but mighty team!
You will be working with the recruitment & training team to assist with the social media, marketing and day to day admin tasks, and we will give you training in all aspects. We are very popular on social media (our CEO has a viral TikTok account!) We are a fun company to work for and are looking for someone who has a keen interest in social media and marketing to help us.
Daily duties will include:
Scheduling posts for Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Twitter and TikTok
Managing our social media accounts
Responding to messages on social media
Advertising our vacancies on social media
Assisting with TikTok filming
Creating social media campaigns and schedules
You should be quick to learn and willing to wear many hats! As a boutique company we all work together and this means that each day you’ll be doing lots of different things! Some tasks are repetitive, however our subject matter is interesting and the team have a good banter and fun in the office each day (albeit remotely). We are all driven to provide a high level of support for our clients and candidates around the world.
If you are a quick learner (this would be assessed during the interview), then we are happy to hear from you! You MUST be excellent at computers/IT. The majority of our work is done on the computer and telephone, so you should be excellent at computer skills, be a quick learner and have perfect written and spoken English in order to process the admin. You should enjoy admin of all aspects. You should also have an excellent phone manner and personal presentation. You will be given training and shadow the colleagues working.
You can be given opportunities to grow, learn and become client-facing in the future if you wish to. There are also opportunities in the training department and development into sales and conversions.
As you can see it's a varied role and suitable for someone who is looking for a long-term role with career progression, growth and stability.
This role is remote, however, we do meet once a week on Wednesdays near Thatcham, RG7 so you should be willing to commute here once a week. You should also be happy to commute for your first couple of months for your training.
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm. Plus 1 hour additional flexi time each day (including the weekends) to respond to comments and engage with users on our social media accounts (first thing, mid day, and late evenings). During the first month, you will be expected to do daily training days with us during your working hours in person, so you need to be able to commute to West Berkshire for your training.
You should speak a very high standard of English and be able to communicate in both written and spoken language to the highest degree of professionalism.
You must have an excellent phone personality. You should speak clear English.
