  Live Out: Start: ASAP Rate: £56 041 – £60 264 gross per annum Ref: LNZan This busy family of 5, who have recently welcomed a pair of twins (in January 2022) who also have an older sister who is 5 years old are needing a helping hand to join Mum in caring for, and raising this team, especially in the busier times of day. Mum doesn`t like to micromanage so see`s the role as working as a team, providing her with some 1 on 1 time with each child, as well as some time to herself during the day. The family currently have a maternity nurse who has got the twins in a good routine which is resulting in them sleeping well at night, however they aren`t overly ridged when it comes to routine, therefore a candidate who is relaxed, yet organised would suit them well.
